As a genuine small family business and with our primary business being the onsite construction and maintenance of ponds we do not keep massive stocks of of everything although our prices are comparative to those of the online aquatic superstores. As such items may become out of stock so sometimes we may need to order items directly in from the manufacturers and this often sometimes means that it may take around 7-10 working days for delivery to yourself.. Of course this does mean that you will get the latest and most current model and not last years leftovers. You also get the full advise and backup of a small and honest family business who have, over the last ten years, installed and maintained every single item that we sell. If there is something you require which is not currently featured on-line please feel free to e-mail us. We are now able to supply goods from most leading manufacturers at very competitive prices, even though they are not currently shown on-line.

We accept credit card payment on-line through Paypal as well as over the phone (9am-6pm Mon-Sat) or you can e-mail first for confirmation of stock and then send us a cheque. To order please either e-mail us with details of the items you require and a contact number so we can arrange for delivery and payment (click the E-mail icon below) or contact us by phone/fax on (01473) 712430.
