| Large kidney shaped pond was built to break up a large expanse of grass. A wire frame was custom made for the pond. It was built for two reasons. Firstly for safety, as young children play in the garden. Secondly it prevented fish loss through herons - a common problem in the area. The frame can be lifted off when needed as this has been built in two removable sections. The pond is 3ft deep in the middle. Filter box is housed within the pond itself. |

| This pond was built using large Cotswold stone blocks. This made the task of making the pond freeform more difficult but the end effect was better than expected. A rockery was built mirroring the shape of the pond and a waterfall incorporated into the rockery. A terracotta pot at the top masks the water being returned into the pond. The pond was 4ft in the deepest part. Filter box is buried in the rockery behind. |
