| Top Left - Concrete pond which had cracked. This had been previously repaired (not by us) but had cracked again. Top pond had been painted with blue swimming pool paint which made it stand out too much. Masses of frogs and newts in this pond. | Top right - Both ponds were emptied and all frogs, newts and fish carefully housed in B&B onsite whilst the work was undertaken. Both ponds were totally emptied, thoroughly cleaned, loose cement removed and underlay and butyl liner were used to reline. As the slabs around the pond were old and loose this was replaced with new slabs and we later laid a new patio area to match. |

| Bottom Left - There is a pond here if you look carefully. The plants although they were lovely were totally taking over the pond. | Bottom Right - The plants were thinned and trimmed both in and around the pond. The waterfall was an existing feature which hadn't seen the light of day for quite some time. This was resurrected and now works again. The pond looks very murky at this point as many plants were disturbed and the white pipe is the clients existing pipe work and would normally not be seen as we tend to use black pipe work. The plants will soon settle again and the pond will clear within 48hrs. Decoy Heron added (£19.99 available on our on-line shop) |
