Top left - Before
this natural pond was totally overgrown. It had not been cleaned for 3 years and
plants were taking over. Top right - After the plants have been thinned out and the fish now have more room to swim. |

|
Bottom left - The
same pond's wall was coated in algae (as was the pond) and the bridge was slippery due to
algae too. Bottom right - After the clean the wall looks like new and all traces of algae have been removed from the bridge making it much safer to walk over. The marginals were also thinned out. |
|
| As this was a natural and
unfiltered pond the
bottom is covered in mud.
The pond looks murky in these photo's as the mud on the bottom is disturbed during cleaning and this did settle within a week. The fish will certainly like their new clean home. |
