Terms and conditions of sale
1. As we are a
small family business with a turnover below the governments current
threshold we do not need to add VAT to our sales and therefore you are
not required to pay VAT on them either.
2. Every
effort is made to dispatch your goods as soon as possible, with
standard delivery being 7 days. If your order is not in stock we will
order it in and this may mean that your order is dispatched up to 14
days from the date of your order, in such circumstances you will be
advised accordingly.
3.
Standard (7 day) carriage (UK mainland only, excluding the
Highlands) is FREE on all orders over £75 and for all orders below
£75 there is a charge of £6.95 . Next day delivery is available at
extra cost but only on phone orders so that we can check our stock
(we do also sell locally and as such may have just sold the last of
an item). Carriage charges for other destinations are available upon
request. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or
bank holidays.
4. All goods
remain the property of Pond Creations until paid for in full.
5. All goods
carry manufacturers' guarantees and warranties.
6. Damages,
shortages or faulty goods should be notified to Pond Creations within 48
hours of delivery.
7. Pond
Creations reserves the right to repair or replace faulty or damaged
goods. Should you experience any difficulties with your product, please
contact us as all returns must be authorised in advance. If it is
established that the product is faulty we will authorise you to return
the item although unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of the return
but we will then send your replacement product FOC. Warranty
claims on items over 12 months old will incur delivery charges.
8. Please note
that all credit card payments are processed upon receipt of order unless
stated in advance.
9. Pond Creations
denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or
faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers.
10. English law
applies on all transactions.
